I received a call from someone claiming to be with Revenue Canada, alleging that there’s some sort of legal issue linked to our surname. The gentleman, who appeared to be of Indian heritage, was rather brusque in his approach, pushing for personal details. Interestingly, the initial contact was just an automated voice message that came through to our home.
