I noticed a call coming through from this number but chose to ignore it. I've previously held an account with Century Link, and it seems they've somehow managed to get their hands on customer phone numbers. It’s clear that their security measures are as lacking as the service they provide!

I've been receiving daily phone calls from someone purporting to be from CenturyLink. Eventually, I decided to ring them back, only to be informed that I supposedly owe them £500. Naturally, I got in touch with CenturyLink directly, and much to my relief, they confirmed that my account is actually up to date and has been closed for a while. What a bunch of complete muppets!
