I received a call from BT regarding an alteration to my contract, reference number REFvol013-307635409733. I’m quite adamant about keeping my current contract as it is - no changes, thank you very much. Ever since that call, my YOURVIEW service has been playing up, and I haven’t been able to watch my television at all. This situation has led me to suspect it might be a scam of some sort. I clearly state that I do not wish to be contacted by them ever again.

I received a call from BT regarding alterations to my contract, reference number REFvol013-307635409733. I do not wish to make any amendments to my existing agreement. Ever since that call, my YOURVIEW service has been completely inoperable, leaving me unable to watch anything on my television. I suspect this may be a scam and firmly request that I am not contacted again in the future.

Today, I received a text from this number as well. I've never been a BT customer, which made me very wary from the get-go. The message simply asked me to text back either KIT or START, and I'm quite certain a response would incur some kind of premium charge-classic scammer tactic for raking in cash. If like me, you're not a BT customer and have never had an account with them, it's best to just delete the text immediately. I'd like to think that if we all ignore them, they'll eventually lose interest and fade away. Let's keep our wits about us! 😊

I had an unexpected phone call earlier, claiming to be from BT. The person on the line started prying about my hobbies and then proceeded to ask how much I pay for my mobile phone and contract, which struck me as rather odd. This morning, I then received a text message stating that I had placed an order for something, which I can assure you I haven’t done. It included an order reference number, VOLO13-225902831152, and instructed me to visit a specific address to download an app. I haven’t acted on any of it - seems quite dodgy to me, especially since I don’t typically engage with apps at all.

Received a very similar message back on 17/8/16 and again on 29/11/16. I was hoping for a new deal from BT since they said they’d sorted out a better tariff after charging too much for awful service for ages. Feels like BT’s just dodging and not being any help. This number is legit, BT uses it for order confirmation messages. I ordered something in early December and ever since, I get the same text every time I turn my phone on. It's happened more than 70 times now! I've tried contacting BT to get them to stop but so far, no luck at all.

Got a call like this earlier. Reached out to BT through their live chat on their site, and the customer service person said the number’s legit, not some kind of scam, but apparently my mobile was listed by mistake - probably just a typo. They removed it, so I just let it go. Not stressing about it!

Got a text supposedly from BT saying thanks for an order (Ref: VOL013-167278049380) and that a confirmation is on its way.
