Afterward, they instructed me to close all my windows and locate the Ctrl button. I agreed to do so. They proceeded to ask me about the next button I should press. I replied that it was the Windows key on my keyboard. They sounded satisfied and requested that I press the Windows key and the letter "R" simultaneously. Fed up, I hung up the phone and they called me back three times subsequently, but I chose not to answer.9 yearsThis phone call is incredibly frustrating.
