Got billed more than £200 for a bunch of calls that were all just 8.21 seconds long and happened back to back. Rang EE about it and they said the calls are tied to the IMEI number and flat out refused to believe I hadn’t made those calls - apparently it just couldn’t be wrong they said. Thing is, I never made any of those calls and now I’m stuck trying to argue over £200!

I got billed £80 for calls that weren’t mine, but somehow they appeared as outgoing calls on my phone… really confusing!

Honestly, I have no clue what this charge is for but it took £6.37 from my account. The weird thing is, I wasn’t even at home so there’s no way I made that call!
