In December, we noticed a couple of calls from this particular number listed on our bill, but sadly, we weren't around to pick up. It seems we've been slapped with a charge of £34.20, which has left us feeling rather frustrated and aggrieved. We really hope Sky sees reason and removes this charge from our account since we were out when the calls came in. Furthermore, it would be brilliant if Sky could also take measures to prevent such bothersome numbers from contacting us in the future.

I ended up being billed for two separate calls, both priced at £31.13, under the impression they were each about 8 minutes and 20 seconds long! TalkTalk then decided to disconnect me for exceeding my calling limit.
