I've reached out to this number before, but I certainly haven't dialled it recently on the 11th of June. I’ve been charged £35 each time for two calls, which adds up to a whopping £84, inclusive of VAT. This is absolutely ridiculous since I’ve not even made these calls! I'm a Virgin Media customer, and I intend to escalate this matter.

Honestly, I haven't the foggiest idea about this number, let alone why I'd be calling it five times. There's absolutely no way I'm coughing up any cash to BT for this part of the bill!

It seems I've been hit with a £125 bill for what they claim are three calls! To be honest, I hardly ever touch the landline because it’s just far too pricey, so there's no way I would’ve dialled a premium number in the daytime. How on earth do they manage to bill like this? Is there really nothing we can do about it?

I’ve found myself in a right pickle with Sky Mobile over this situation. They refuse to accept that I didn’t initiate the call, but you see, it was an incoming call that I pretty much dropped after just a couple of seconds-there was absolutely no one on the other end! Yet, lo and behold, my bill shows I’ve supposedly chatted away for a whole minute and slapped me with a £45 charge. Sky Mobile keeps going round in circles, adamant that I placed the call myself. It’s quite maddening, really!

To make matters even stranger, each call lasted precisely 11 minutes and 6 seconds, which feels rather peculiar. Our most recent bill from Virgin Media now shows a hefty £175.00 charge for these phantom calls, costing us £35.00 each! We're actively trying to sort this mess out today, but I felt it necessary to share this bizarre experience in hopes it might assist someone else who finds themselves in a similar predicament. I've also reported it to Action Fraud. It’s utterly ludicrous!
