09011190602 Normally my 02 SIM only bill is about £10 a month but this time an extra £5.46 appeared. I rang 02 straight away and they discovered a service provider had abused this number. They’ve now blocked all premium rate numbers from my phone which is a big relief. After looking into it myself, it seems this number is a total scam and many others have fallen victim too. I reckon Ofcom should ban 09 numbers - they’re just scams that charge loads per minute. Don’t ever ring them back, or you’ll end up paying a crazy amount.

I phoned Sky for broadband support using the number listed on their website. I ended up spending nearly an hour on the line, about 59 minutes. Later, my bill showed a £30 charge for the call. When I spoke to Sky, they told me this was a scam.
