The newest trick I’ve seen is where they leave a missed call, then when you ring back, it redirects you to a premium rate line. Sometimes it’s a scam call from what looks like a normal number, but while it’s ringing, they switch you over to an expensive number. It’s a sneaky scam that keeps catching people out.
