I strongly advise against picking up calls from this number - it’s a complete scam! They claim to have a work-from-home administrator position available, offering a tempting salary of £10 to £15 an hour. However, they’ll hit you with a so-called starter pack fee of £39, which they’ll try to sell you at a discount of £19.50. Don’t fall for it! It's nothing but a trick! - Caller: Con Artist

I had a sneaking suspicion right from the outset that this job opportunity was dodgy. It was obvious I'd soon receive a text prompting me to ring the so-called "recruitment office" (without a hint of a company name). The job title and description screamed of the same tricksters who operated last week from the number 08714750135. Once I did a quick search on this number, I wasn't surprised to find it listed on 'whocalls.me', filled with the usual gripes and complaints. It’s undoubtedly those same deceitful individuals. Interestingly, I reported them to Reed the first time they attempted this under a recruitment agency called Clarity. Now they're at it again, this time using KES Solutions on the Reed platform. I'm left wondering how Reed hasn't caught onto their ruse yet - caller: 08714750249.

This number has rang me thrice already, but I’ve chosen not to pick up, as I’m unfamiliar with the 0871 prefix. They’ve left a couple of voicemails urging me to "press 1 if the message is unclear," but thankfully, I’m savvy enough to know that pressing 1 would actually return the call! I’m relieved to have stumbled upon these reviews. I’ve been on the hunt for administrative roles, so it seems they’ve snagged my number from my applications! - Caller: Unknown / Recruitment firm

Steer clear of this number and don’t engage with them at all! They're attempting to lure folks into a dodgy "work from home" scheme, and they’ll ask you for £39 for some so-called starter kit. The moment I declined to hand over any cash, they abruptly hung up on me. A right scam if you ask me!
