I dont usually pick up calls like this but we was out and i just answered. There was a bit of delay before someone spoke. The person had an asian accent and claimed they were from a phone firm. Couldnt catch much cause of noise in background, so i ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

I got a letter in the post claiming to be from Next, saying they'd updated my address and account details. Thing is, I don’t even have a Next account! So I rang Next using the number off their official website and asked them. They told me the number on the letter wasn’t theirs and it sounded like a scam. Definitely be careful if you get anything like this.
