Today I got a call from this number saying they were Amazon Prime. They told me they’d be taking £39.99 out of my bank to keep my Amazon Prime going. I do have Amazon Prime already, so it felt really dodgy. Definitely a scam in my opinion.

Got a call from this number saying they were from some company called Uk data project. They weren’t straightforward, kept asking about my visa debit card info, like trying to trap me into giving more sensitive stuff. Ring was from 02031988114, they claimed to be the Telephone preference thingy but kept pushing me even when I said no. Watch out for these lot, proper sneaky!

They kept calling my mum, who’s 84, non stop throughout the day. Eventually she got so worn down she ended up giving them her bank card info. It’s just not on.

My elderly mother, who’s 84, received relentless calls from these people until she eventually provided them with her banking information. It's absolutely appalling how they target vulnerable individuals.
