Hello there! I recently switched my phone service from Virgin over to BT, and lo and behold, I've been inundated with calls that are costing me 15 pence each day. I just had a chat with ADT, and they've promised to send someone to my place to install an 0800 dialler. This should put an end to those pesky charges!
