Stumbling upon this number led me to realise it's actually the old contact for Lidl. It was quite a revelation, as I only figured it out after spotting it online listed as Lidl's official number. I gave them a ring, and a woman answered, confirming it was indeed Lidl when I queried if I had dialled correctly. However, when I posed my inquiry, the rest of the conversation was a bit of a muddle. It turned out that not only did she have a rather thick accent, but she was also speaking in a completely different language altogether! I decided to end the call, but I do wonder how much that little blunder will cost me!
