Blimey! It’s quite the coincidence that we received a call on the very same day. We ended up chatting with a lady who was insistent about getting our credit card details for mobile phone insurance payments, which we found rather odd. Now, mind you, this is our credit card, yet they didn’t have the security code. We couldn’t help but let her know where to shove her request! What a bunch of muppets! We certainly never consented to signing up for any sort of insurance with anyone.

Blimey! We received a call from the same number! It was a woman asking for our credit card details regarding a mobile phone insurance payment, which, by the way, we have no knowledge of. She managed to get hold of our card info but couldn’t provide the security code. So, we politely told her exactly where to shove it! Absolute numpties! We never consented to any insurance with anyone!

We discovered that this company somehow got hold of our banking details and established a direct debit for mobile phone insurance without our consent. Honestly, who in their right mind would insure a low-cost phone worth £40 at £5.88 a month? It seems pretty clear that they must have pinched our information while we were at the Vodafone store setting up our contract. Surely this has to be against the law, doesn’t it? Has anyone else had any dealings with this number?
