I’ve been getting calls from this number every single day. We reached out to HSBC using their online banking message centre-my go-to for secure and direct communication. They confirmed that there are no urgent calls coming from their end. It’s likely just a dodgy scam trying to sell mortgage insurance or something along those lines. Whenever we did answer, there was never anyone there, which is really odd. So, I’ve decided to stop answering and have put this number on my blacklist.

Why is it that these individuals call every single day without leaving a message, especially when they're supposedly legitimate? I've had a look at our online banking, and there’s not a single communication from them, plus our accounts are all perfectly fine. Just another load of phone nonsense, it seems.
