Got a call from a blocked number, some dodgy people asking about my bank info and account details. Tried calling them back but couldn’t catch what they were saying due to their thick accents. Fear it’s a scam. Seriously, don’t pick up if you get a call like that, it’s risky.

Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying I was owed nearly three grand in compensation for a mortgage I supposedly had years ago. Sounded exactly like another call I had recently from an 0115 number. The last bloke asked for my date of birth but this one just wanted my name. Wasn't really up for messing about, so I just ended the call. They’re obviously trying to scam people.

This number has been ringing me repeatedly over the past few days, but whenever I pick up, there’s just silence on the other end.

Another irritating call, probably spam or some scam. I ignored it and it just stopped after a few rings, maybe five or six. Landlines these days are just full of annoying marketing calls or worse. It’s a shame, another useful thing ruined thanks to large companies and how people expect everything for free nowadays.
