My laptop suddenly froze and showed a warning saying Microsoft had blocked it due to a Trojan spyware. It told me to call Windows support for help. Honestly, I reckon it’s just a scam.

Looks like a total scam to me.

I got a call where the person said they were from Microsoft Windows. Seemed dodgy to me right away, like some kind of scam. They were trying to get me to let them access my computer, but I didn’t fall for it. Definitely didn’t sound legit.
