Got a call today (04/07/14 around 3:50pm) but the person on the other end seemed more interested in chatting with her neighbour about her weekend than actually talking to me. She was clearly telling her next door colleague all her plans and then just cut the call off, even though I picked up. Pretty rude, if you ask me.

Got a call from people pushing solar panels, told them I’d had their call before but was now open to hearing what they had to say. Before I could finish, they just hung up on me. If they were a decent business, they’d have given me the chance to speak. I was genuinely keen on getting solar panels, but they lost a sale because of their bad manners. Complete lack of professionalism!
