I received a call from a woman who insisted she needed to discuss energy efficiency with me. I reminded her that I had requested to be removed from her list just the previous week since I wasn't keen on any such information. To my surprise, she started raising her voice and claimed I hadn’t reached out to them before, which was quite baffling. I ended the conversation right there. Since then, she’s tried to get in touch six times in a mere quarter of an hour. I've decided to ignore them, even unplugging the phone. It’s utterly ridiculous that there isn’t more action taken against these bothersome calls!

It’s quite apparent this was a call centre; there was no message left, just the typical background noise of a busy office. At this point, I haven’t got a clue who the caller might be.
