Someone rang me claiming to be from Green Eco based in Doncaster. They were trying to sell solar panel installation grants through cold calls. I’d suggest signing up to the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) if you haven’t already - genuine telesales firms tend to avoid calling you once you’re on it unless you’ve agreed to receive their calls. If you do get annoying calls even while registered, you can lodge a complaint with TPS, but remember to note down the caller’s details like company name and phone number. More info can be found at http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/index.html. If enough complaints stack up, these persistent callers might end up facing legal action through the Information Commissioner’s Office. It only takes a few minutes to stand your ground - but if you prefer, you can just ignore these calls! :)

I've had this number ring me three times now, and each time you can hear the buzz of a call centre in the background, but noone ever says anything before ending the call.
