I just got a ring from this company and told them straight up I’m not interested. Loads of these calls happening lately where they try to pitch a better life insurance deal, saying you’ll save money. Sure, it might look cheaper on the monthly payments, but most likely the coverage isn’t as good as what you’ve already got. Honestly, it feels like a tactic to shove a worse policy on you just so they can earn a commission. Worst case, they’ve ended up with all your sensitive info including bank details.

There have been several calls from numbers I don’t recognise, so I usually just don’t pick up. After looking this one up on Google, I found out who they were. I’ve now gone ahead and blocked the number on my phone.

I can confirm this isn’t some sneaky scam or hidden charge. In my experience, the person on the phone was a polite and well-mannered young chap representing an insurance firm, giving out free quotes. The guy I chatted with (his name escapes me) was really supportive and clear. I chose to get a quote and the whole process was smooth, with good advice. Actually, I’m even thinking about signing up now.

I gave that number a ring, but there was absolutely no response-just a couple of short beeps, not even an engaged tone. So, I’ve decided to block it. It’s likely just a pesky spam caller or some sort of annoyance. Best to avoid picking up if you ask me, just to be on the safe side.
