Not a clue who these chaps are, but they persistently ring us out of the blue. We've tagged their number in our contacts as *NONSENSE* (alongside a few others). So, when that name pops up, we pick up and promptly mute the line. Then, after about 40 minutes of utter silence, we receive a message saying, 'the other party has disconnected'. I do wonder if that incurs any charges for them! :)
