I just got a recorded message about a replacement boiler. At the end, it says you can press 9 to stop getting calls from them. I'm a bit iffy about hitting 9 though, feels like it might let them know for sure someone picks up, y’know? Might backfire or something.

I didn’t select any options it offered and honestly, I’d advise you not to either. Best thing to do is just hang up like I did - caller was unknown.

Got one of those annoying recorded calls pushing a new boiler. Came through on 11th September 2015.

Got a recorded message about heating systems, but there wasn’t any way to say no to more calls, if those ever even come through. All you could do was agree to more calls from some company they didn’t even say the name of. The caller was just listed as Unknown, definitely doesn’t make them seem trustworthy.
