Constantly receiving those infuriating automated calls trying to peddle funeral plans is utterly maddening! It’s high time we had stricter regulations to eliminate this persistent annoyance from our daily lives. I urge everyone to get in touch with their local MP to bring this matter to light. It’s essentially a form of harassment and terribly inconsiderate, deserving of stringent action-perhaps even a corporate ASBO for good measure!

Received two calls in under thirty minutes trying to hawk funeral plans. To be frank, it’s starting to really irritate me.

Got calls about PPI all the time, and after pressing 9 loads to opt out, I tried hitting 5 to speak to someone. The bloke on the other end was proper rude, shouting and swearing so loud I had to put the phone down. When I mentioned I’m retired, he sarcastically said that made me some kind of superior! Absolutely livid. The calls always start off claiming they’re from Barclays or NatWest.

It seems I keep receiving calls that kick off with names like Barclays and Natwest. After several attempts to get rid of these nuisances by hitting the number 9, I foolishly thought I’d finally get to chat to an actual human being. Instead, I was met with a right obnoxious chap who started bellowing at me over the line. He had the audacity to suggest that just because I’m a pensioner, I think I hold some sort of superiority. I truly wish my family could have a word with him about manners!
