Happened to me as well with that identical reference number. The 'ATTENTION' warning was clearly made to scare people into ringing them up. I called back and got stuck on hold for ages. Honestly, these lot deserve to be taken to court.

If it really was so urgent, why wouldn’t they just ring me directly instead of texting? Plus, it’s one of those expensive numbers, so no way I’m calling back. Got hit with the same call, and being stubborn, I called back to give them a real telling off. Of course, I ended up stuck on hold for ages, and guess what, it was one of those premium rate numbers. They even threw out the exact same reference number they mentioned before. These annoying marketing scams are just the worst. Honestly, they can all lump together with those dodgy ambulance chasers and the PPI claim vultures, and frankly, they can all sod off where they deserve.
