Thank you.' If it's truly so critical, why not just ring me up directly? There’s nothing appealing about dialling a premium rate number, you can bet I’ll steer clear of that! Is there a way to put an end to these pesky messages bombarding my phone?

I’ve had a similar experience - I foolishly decided to ring them up to express my displeasure, thinking I’d set them straight. What a daft move that turned out to be! I was left dangling on the line for ages, only to find myself listening to some annoying hold music on a premium rate line. They even threw the same reference number at me, which was absolutely infuriating. I’m utterly fed up with these mass marketing shenanigans. They can take their tactics and join the ranks of ambulance chasers and PPI sharks; there’s a special place for them somewhere, and it’s certainly not good!
