I got a call from them with some info about securing my credit cards. I’d shared my card details with their linked company over the phone at 08445679395, and then noticed a £59 charge on my card. They told me they'd already refunded this on 13.2.17, but today’s 24.2.17 and I still haven’t seen the refund come through.
