We seem to have been swindled out of £76.00 by these individuals. We’ve corresponded with them, and they've assured us that our money will be refunded within thirty days. However, as it stands, we’ve only been waiting for a fortnight. Why on earth should we endure such a delay? Attempts to reach them by phone have proven futile; how surprising that they don’t pick up! We'll persist, though. With two little ones at home, and our son’s birthday tomorrow, we’ve managed to sort out his gift already, thankfully. These people are a complete shambles. We’ve never taken a loan from them before, nor had dealings with such dubious characters.

What a complete farce this company is! They actually have the audacity to bill you just for connecting you with loan providers. You best keep a close eye on your bank statements, as we were completely oblivious to the fact they were siphoning off funds from our account! A whopping £75 disappeared, and we had no inkling who these chaps were until we spotted it on our statement. Barclays' fraud department even told us that this outfit has received countless complaints and are flagged as problematic. Avoid them like the plague!
