I've noticed this number appearing twice on my phone bill - once listed as an access fee and the other time as a service fee. Neither was included in my plan, so I was charged £8 for each. Another number to watch out for is 08447480013. I've never come across either of these before, and both times I saw them on my bill, I was actually on a flight over the Atlantic, so I couldn't have been making any calls then.
