Generally, the charges were just a few pence, but astonishingly, this week it skyrocketed to over £16. Handepay are currently investigating this issue, and we're crossing our fingers for a refund. Typically, such calls would only cost a few pennies, but astonishingly, this week it has ballooned to £16.00! We’ve reached out to Handepay about this and are keen to pursue a refund. Many thanks!
