Blimey, steer clear of that lot! I had a 24-minute chinwag with them and ended up shelling out £12.64! Just don't bother ringing them again!

Blimey, Walker's truly relentless. I've been hounding them about the council tax that’s outstanding. So, I rang them up only to be met with a recorded message stating the lines are swamped and that an advisor would be with me shortly... After eight excruciating minutes, I gave up and, annoyingly, ended up with a charge of 45 pence per minute! Just imagine the cost if I actually managed to speak to someone!
