Got a robotic voice on the line, pretty much the same as what others are saying here.

Never ring Walker Love again! Spent nearly half an hour chatting with them and ended up getting charged over £12. Ridiculous!

Got a call from Walker Love about some unpaid council tax. Rang them back and all I got was a recorded message saying the lines were busy and that an advisor would be with me soon... after waiting like 8 minutes, I gave up and hung up. Then I found out I was charged 45p per minute! Can’t imagine how much it’d have cost if I actually managed to talk to someone.
