We've secured this insurance. It's exactly the same, but trying to reach them is impossible at present with the satellite services and home care options. We've honestly not found a better policy anywhere else!

We are experiencing the same predicament. Our father, being quite advanced in age, received a call from a woman claiming to represent the company that managed his insurance. We've since uncovered that they are in no way affiliated with his policy. To make matters worse, they have deducted £100 from his account without any justification. Could anyone kindly point us in the right direction for the right people to discuss this with? Many thanks, Kittykat.
