The auto system must’ve been glitching because all I could hear were random garbled sounds. I just left the phone on so it’d run up their bill. Pretty sure it was someone messing about with a boiler, loft insulation, or maybe solar panel stuff.

I missed the call before I could pick up, and after reading what others have said, I’m relieved I didn’t answer. I don’t even have a boiler, so their calls are pointless for me - and quite annoying since I work from home and they break my concentration. I’m signed up with the TPS and always report these nuisance calls to the ICO. It’s about time someone with real power took action against these companies paying for these calls; they must be UK based and clearly trying to dodge the TPS rules. Even if I did need a boiler, their constant pestering would put me right off buying anything from them!

I’m so fed up with these calls! The last time I picked option 2 to hear more, I ended up speaking to someone and told her straight to stop ringing me and take my details off their list cause I’ve already got a new boiler. She just hung up on me! Next time, I’m thinking of telling them to send a bloke round just to waste their own time - see how they like a taste of their own medicine!
