The auto system must’ve been glitching because all I could hear were random garbled sounds. I just left the phone on so it’d run up their bill. Pretty sure it was someone messing about with a boiler, loft insulation, or maybe solar panel stuff.

I missed answering the phone when it rang, but having perused the previous remarks, I can honestly say I'm relieved it got away from me! I don’t even own a boiler, rendering their calls completely pointless for me and infuriating, as they disrupt my workflow while I’m trying to concentrate at home. I'm on the Telephone Preference Service list and make it a point to report all these nuisance calls to the Information Commissioner's Office. It’s about time someone with real authority took action against these firms that are clearly flouting the rules and trying to dodge the TPS. Even if I were in the market for a boiler, I would steer clear of them purely due to how irritating their relentless calls are!

I’m so fed up with these calls! The last time I picked option 2 to hear more, I ended up speaking to someone and told her straight to stop ringing me and take my details off their list cause I’ve already got a new boiler. She just hung up on me! Next time, I’m thinking of telling them to send a bloke round just to waste their own time - see how they like a taste of their own medicine!
