Sounds like TeleMagic’s playing their usual game, making money off these annoying scammy calls. Caller was from some place called DLAC, part of TeleMagic no doubt.

I've been getting these pesky calls about kitchen appliance covers from DLAC. It’s rather infuriating as the call disconnects before I've the opportunity to hit '5' to opt-out. To top it all off, they really shouldn’t be ringing me at all, considering I'm registered with the TPS.
