Just press 5 and tell them to send all that rubbish through, then wait for their call back. When they ring again, act like you never got anything and ask for it again and again until they start getting annoyed and it affects their sales. The director’s name is Bernard Bairsto, mobile 07907 784717, and there’s also a Richard Merritt on 07540 621065. They sometimes call from numbers ending in 115 or 132. Don’t hesitate to ring and hassle these lot. Owner is listed as Zest Direct.

I got a robocall claiming to be from NatWest and Santander saying they would refund me some money. It then told me to press 5 to confirm or something, but as soon as I did, the call just cut off. Pretty clear that this is a scam and a real pain for anyone who gets it. I keep my phone number private, only my family have it, so how these scammers are getting hold of it is baffling. Definitely don’t bother calling the number they leave - it’s not worth it.

Even though I’m on the TPS list and have never shared my phone number with anyone (it’s mainly for online stuff), I still get these annoying calls. When this number rang, I asked who it was and they said ‘bad debt help’, but I couldn’t locate them on Companies House - maybe it’s just a trading name. I questioned why they were calling me since my number’s registered with TPS, and they promised not to call again. When I pushed for an answer, they just cut the call.
