Received a call earlier - I answered it, and was met with a recorded spiel encouraging me to hit 5 to secure my PPI. Curiosity got the better of me, so I did just that, hoping to pinpoint the company behind this nuisance to lodge a complaint. I was subsequently connected to a lady sporting a Welsh lilt, who introduced herself as Ria (couldn't quite catch the spelling though).
