You can't just hang up straight away, apparently you need to answer then hang up, that's how they get you and bill you. Honestly, don't pick up, just let it ring until it stops. Just saw £14 extra on my Sky bill and traced it back to this number, it's definitely dodgy. They don’t just end the call, you actually have to pick up then hang up yourself, and that’s when they charge you! So yeah, be careful, best to just ignore and let it ring out. A couple years ago, I went after PPI from Lloyds but got turned down. Then, last Tuesday, this number rang me up and when I mentioned my bank, they said they'd call back, but no luck. Funny thing is, a week later today, I got a letter from my bank saying I’d been awarded PPI. The letter’s from the 23rd, but they called on the 21st - so I’m scratching my head if this company’s really behind it or not.

Got a call the other day and when I answered, there was this automated voice telling me to press 5 to get my PPI deal. I pressed it just to see who was behind it, hoping to figure out who to complain to about these nuisance calls. Then I got through to a lady with a Welsh accent, said her name was Ria or something similar. She claimed they called because my info was in their system, and the firm was "Claimant Game."
