They told me there's some kind of government rule making companies refund extra fees and interest that people weren’t meant to pay. If they find any money owed, they mentioned they'd take a chunk, somewhere between 25% and 36%, as their fee. Honestly, I’m not sure if this is a genuine company or just a scam.

Got a call about some sort of service that promises to help you get back overcharged fees from your bank accounts and other stuff. They claim you could recover a lot, but always end up wanting you to fill out loads of forms fast. I’ve never come across anyone who actually got any money back from them. Everywhere you look online, people’s experiences with this kind of call are rubbish. And the few reviews that sound good?
