Got a few calls from this number, with a recorded voice saying something about Barclays and, I think, Lloyds PPI refunds. When I pressed 5, they asked for my last name. I refused to give it, explaining they’d called me out of the blue and I hadn’t made any PPI claims. Told them it felt like they were trying to fish for info, but they denied it. I said I was pretty fed up with the call, then they just hung up on me.

I got a call from this number - it was an automated message claiming to be from Natwest, saying I might get a refund and to press 5. So I did. Then a woman answered, "Hello, Natasha speaking. Could you tell me your surname? Any store cards or loans in the last five years?" I asked who she was, since I didn't recognise the voice. She just said something quick and then cut me off. It sounded like she had a Liverpool accent. Bit odd, if you ask me.
