I’ve just discovered that this number belongs to ACAS, and to my utter disbelief, I've been slapped with a charge exceeding £29 for the call! What a sheer con! It’s infuriating that they didn’t bother to give any indication that I’d be charged beforehand; feels like I’ve been taken for a ride, honestly.
