Wow, got charged 59p for just 3 seconds! Ridiculous. Don’t bother calling this number, better look for another one. Just connecting was 45p, which is nuts. It’s related to booking coach transfers for cruises or something.

I attempted to arrange coach travel to and from Southampton using this number, and it turned into an unexpected expense. In the end, I had to reach out directly to the travel company, Thomas Cook, who finally sorted it for me. It’s quite upsetting that Thomas Cook didn’t manage the booking themselves, especially since they must be receiving compensation from P&O for the initial arrangement.
