This number keeps sayin it’s P&O Cruises but i wasnt able to get through, and it seems like it’s charging a lot more than normal. P&O Cruises have normal phone numbers you can call without paying extra, so i’d steer clear of this one if you want to save money.

Absolute cheek! Got hit for £7.46 after calling 08433 740111 on 7 May. The call went on for about 22 minutes. Honestly, if there was any way to cancel our cruise with them, we'd be gone in a heartbeat.

I called this number back on 13th Feb 2018 to sort out a P&O cruise booking, which was nearly £3,000 in total. Ended up being billed £3.36 for a 24 minute and 15 second call. Cheers, World Cruise. If this is how you handle customer service, I'll just stick to Bolsover from now on. They at least stick to normal daytime rates, which we already pay extra to Talk Talk for ‘free’ calls.

Really annoyed that P and O consider this fair. Their online system for seat reservations is absolutely useless, so the only option is to call on a mobile since there's no landline available. I ended up waiting on hold for more than 50 minutes, which set me back £11.56. On top of that, the seat reservation fees felt like a total rip-off (spending 9 hours stuck next to a stranger wasn’t exactly my idea of fun).
