This number keeps sayin it’s P&O Cruises but i wasnt able to get through, and it seems like it’s charging a lot more than normal. P&O Cruises have normal phone numbers you can call without paying extra, so i’d steer clear of this one if you want to save money.

I rang this number on 13th February 2018 to organise a P&O cruise that set me back nearly £3,000. Ended up being billed £3.36 for a call lasting 24 minutes and 15 seconds. Cheers, World Cruise. If that’s how you handle customer service, I’ll be going with Bolsover from now on. They at least stick to regular daytime rates, which, funnily enough, we pay Talk Talk extra for to enjoy ‘free’ calls!
