Absolute rip off! I just called to confirm my Princess Cruise reservation and had no idea it was a premium number. Definitely not calling that number again. Next time, I’ll stick with P&O - they’re way better and actually get back to you after you email them.

Honestly, I would've been okay with paying for the call if I'd actually been able to speak to a person. Instead, I just got an automated message saying they were tied up and would get back to me when possible. Utter waste of time, I don't have the whole day to hang about waiting.

I tried ringin up Princess Cruises to change my booking and had no clue it was a premium rate number. Proper daylight robbery if you ask me! Won't be bothering with them again, I'll stick with Celebrity Cruises next time.
