I’m trying to uncover the identity of this caller.

I received a phone call earlier from this number, claiming to be Smart Protection regarding my Sky protection plan. They mentioned that the cost would be going down, but after quite a lengthy and confusing explanation, the caller insisted on obtaining my bank sort code and account details. I wasn’t comfortable with that, so I told him I’d need to discuss it with my husband first. He’s planning to ring me back later this evening.
