Received a call from this number just now but opted not to answer. We've recently switched our phone service from BT to Virgin, and have not given out our new number to anyone. Unfortunately, we're already inundated with unwanted calls. Virgin confirmed that they haven't shared our details with anyone, yet it seems like we’re being bombarded. We received a call from this number, which seems to be associated with individuals struggling with debt! The only choice was to hit '2' to speak to someone. We were aiming to request that they refrain from calling us again. So, we pressed 2, and the lady asked whether we understood the message. We affirmed that we did but insisted they remove our number from their database. To our astonishment, she just hung up! How extraordinarily rude!
