Calling overseas using this service is way overpriced. They advertise it as a 1p per minute rate but totally neglect to mention the total charge you’ll end up paying.

There's a call recorded on this number that supposedly lasted nearly 4 hours at 7:49 pm on 8th January. I use Just Call for calling Australia, sure, but I'd never phone at 7:49 in the evening - that's 6:49 am in New South Wales - and definitely not stay on the phone for close to 4 hours. I plan to reach out to JustCall about this as it seems off. All my other international calls with them this quarter have been normal in length and cost, as far as I remember.

I got stung with a much higher bill than I thought when I rang Greece using this service. A quick 20-minute call ended up costing me around £2.40, not the 20p I had in mind. After digging into it with BT, turns out they slap on a connection fee of 11p a minute. To be fair, Just Calls charged exactly what they said they would, and they did warn me that the provider might add fees - I just never bothered to check BT’s actual rates. So really, I got done over by my own phone company, not the calling service.

There’s a charge of £11.60 on my phone statement for this number, but I’ve never dialled it. Anyone know who called from my line? This is pretty confusing.
