I have an intriguing entry on my call log for a number, indicating a staggering conversation that supposedly dragged on for 3 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds back on the 8th of January at 19:49. While I do often use Just Call for my calls to Australia, I can assure you that I wouldn't be ringing anyone at that hour, as it translates to 06:49 in New South Wales. Moreover, the thought of a nearly four-hour chat is beyond belief! I'm planning to reach out to JustCall to get to the bottom of this peculiar occurrence. My other international calls with them this quarter have, to my knowledge, been of a reasonable length and cost.

I also found myself faced with a rather hefty bill after using this service to ring Greece. A 20-minute chat ended up costing me just over £2.40, which was a far cry from the 20p I had anticipated. When I reached out to BT for clarification, I discovered that they imposed a connection fee of 11p per minute for that number. To be fair, Just Calls did exactly as they advertised; they did notify me that my provider would impose additional charges. Unfortunately, I neglected to verify BT's rates beforehand, which is entirely on me. In the end, it seems I was fleeced by my own provider!
