They claim calls cost just 1p a minute but that’s a total lie. I ended up paying £8.78 for a 54 minute chat, then £7.25 for 51 minutes, and just today £7.81 for 55 minutes! The charges are way higher than what they advertise. Don’t get fooled, it’s a scam.

I have no clue how much per minute they were charging but I called it about 3 times before I checked my phone bill. I thought it would be like 1p per minute but every call ended up being like an hour long and I got hit with over £35 in fees. Then they give you a number to ring if there’s any issues but it’s an international line and it’s always busy. Seriously, avoid this number!

I noticed BT adds a fee for setting up a landline which bumps up the price of calls. It’s worth comparing the charges with just calling the number directly through BT to see if there’s any difference.
