Just like what others have said here, I've been getting calls on my mobile from someone with a foreign accent asking about a contract with Onebill. When I said the contract was for our landline and they should ring that number instead, they acted like they had no idea what a landline was - so it’s clear they aren’t actually from Onebill! A few months ago I got scammed by people pretending to be from Onebill, so I’m done with this. I’m blocking this number straight away.

Got a call on my mobile today from someone claiming to be OneBill. I’m actually with OneBill but only on my landline, so why would they ring my mobile? Didn’t give them any details and just hung up. I then phoned OneBill to check and gave them the number. They said the calls weren’t from them and said they’d investigate. The lady I spoke to was also puzzled why they’d call my mobile when my landline’s the one registered with OneBill. Blocked the number straight away. Sounds like a load of scammers just trying to get your money.
