2 yearsI never pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise, so not sure who that was. But it’s a bit weird because just after I asked about switching my work broadband, I’ve had a bunch of calls from random unknown numbers. If it was something urgent, surely they’d leave a voicemail or something.2 yearsMy contract with XLN (now known as Daisy) wrapped up in January 2023, and after experiencing substantial price hikes late last October, I decided to switch over to Vodafone. To my surprise, they deducted a full month’s usage fee from my account in November and then sent me a bizarre invoice for £9 in February 2024. Now, I’m being bombarded with all sorts of intimidating letters. I’ve been a loyal customer since their inception, and this is the way they treat long-term clients? I've only been with Vodafone for four months and they're already threatening to disconnect my service - it’s utterly ridiculous!XLNDaisyVodafone3 yearsXLN/Daisy telecommunications are clearly resorting to scare tactics to retain customers who have chosen to cancel their services. I’ve shot them an email, clearly stating that if I receive any further unsolicited calls, I won’t hesitate to alert OFCOM about their antics.XLN / Daisy3 yearsAfter terminating my service with XLN Telecoms, I was rather taken aback to receive a rather intimidating letter in the post. To add insult to injury, they seem to have taken it upon themselves to bombard me with incessant calls from this number since the cancellation. Quite the nuisance, I must say!XLN Telecoms4 yearsI received an automated call claiming I was disconnecting my BT service and that I was liable for a cancellation charge of £299. It also prompted me to ring back or select from options 1, 2, or 3. Quite alarming, to say the least!5 yearsI received an automated call informing me that funds have been unlawfully withdrawn from my bank account, urging me to press a button to connect with a representative.5 yearsThis number keeps ringing me around 7 times daily, but every time I pick up, they just cut off straight away. No idea who they are.5 yearsThey just won't stop ringing me, despite my clear insistence to leave it be. It's absolute chaos. I'd strongly recommend steering clear of this firm!6 yearsI’ve had quite the ordeal with this number linked to XLN, a so-called small business provider. You'd think their aim is to support little enterprises, but instead, they’ve made things so much more complicated for me. Without any consultation, they’ve gone ahead and cancelled my installation, claiming I’d requested it when that couldn’t be further from the truth. They even misled Vodafone into thinking I wanted to cancel my service! Their approach to customer care is appalling, to say the least. Honestly, they ought to face stiff penalties and tighter regulations for the stress they’ve caused their clients. It’s absolutely infuriating! 😤😤😤Vodafone6 yearsWe're inundated with five calls a day since we pulled the plug on our XLN service, and honestly, their performance has plummeted. It's utterly infuriating; we can’t seem to escape these relentless automated calls they keep bombarding us with!7 yearsI didn’t recognise the number so I just left it go to voicemail.7 yearsI've just come to the end of my contract with Xln, and I must say, they really don't seem to respect the word 'no.' Their prices are absolutely outrageous-what a load of rubbish! I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Once I move to my new provider, I’ll definitely be contacting Ofcom about their practices. They really ought to be shut down. The relentless pressure and intimidation I've faced has been unreal. No way would I endorse them to anyone!XlnOfcom8 yearsAbsolutely dreadful experience with XLN! They seem to be constantly pulling fast ones on people!XLN8 yearsAvoid answering calls from scammers!8 yearsThis number rings me a staggering ten times each day!8 yearsI recently had the displeasure of dealing with XLN's sales team, ultimately deciding to terminate my service after a solid nine years. The constant rise in my bills, with no noticeable increase in service usage, became utterly frustrating. When I mentioned that Virgin fibre was on its way, they surprisingly claimed they could match the price - but alas, not the impressive 350Mb speed that Virgin offers, compared to XLN's meagre 50Mb. At this point, it's far too late for XLN to win me back. They desperately need to reassess how they treat their customers at renewal time, as their offerings simply pale in comparison to the larger providers. Feel free to spend your money wherever you wish, but I’d highly advise steering clear of XLN.XLNVirgin9 yearsXLN Telecom, what a bother! I just ended my contract for both my business phone and broadband, and now I keep getting hounded by their call centre team over in India. It’s becoming quite tiresome!XLN TelecomIndiaSubmit Your Own Report (0808 178 9920)
