I just got off the phone with Sky Billing at 0333 202 2133, as I felt it necessary to verify the authenticity of a letter I received, even though it seemed quite formal. After providing them with the account number mentioned at the top of the correspondence, they assured me that the refund is indeed legitimate and that a cheque is on its way to me.
