I got a robo survey asking me to give feedback on a nice lady from “South-East Water” who helped me. It was pretty straightforward - just had to score how friendly and professional she was from 1 to 10. At the end, you get the chance to say a bit about your experience in your own words. You’re allowed to skip the whole survey if you tell the person you speak to at the start. An automated voice tells you all this info before you’re connected.

A survey firm rang me on behalf of South East Water. This was after I had spoken to a really kind lady at SEW who sorted my problem out in a professional but friendly way. At the end of our chat, she asked if I was okay with being contacted by a survey company about how I found their service. A few hours later, an automated voice called with some quick “rate 0-10” type questions. It was super quick. Hopefully this clears things up for anyone worried that the number was dodgy.

How irritating! I went and settled my water bill earlier and they insisted I partake in a survey-unfortunately, I had to decline as I was pressed for time. Then, just when I finally managed to put my little one down for a nap this afternoon, what happens? The phone rings and wakes him right up! Absolutely infuriating!
